This project highlights a precision garage door repair and panel alignment performed by Sky Castle. We restored this Highlands Ranch residence’s white recessed panel door, replacing damaged track hardware, broken springs, and realigning the top window section to restore smooth operation and curb appeal.
The homeowner contacted Sky Castle after their garage door suffered severe track misalignment and worn spring failure, leaving the door jammed partially open. Rather than replacing the entire setup, our technicians evaluated the structure and determined that repairing the internal mechanism and servicing the existing recessed panel sections would completely restore the door to like-new performance.
Our repair team safely relieved tension on the broken springs, replaced them with high-cycle commercial-grade springs, and re-hung the door on new heavy-duty steel tracks. We serviced the top window section, replaced worn rollers with ultra-quiet nylon ones, and recalibrated the automatic opener and safety sensors.
By opting for a targeted repair and hardware overhaul, the homeowner saved significantly compared to a full replacement. The door now glides effortlessly and quietly, with perfectly aligned recessed panels and renewed weather-sealing to keep out drafts.
